Hagan Cohle and his team made our dream property on the Guadalupe come true. He not only found the development for us (the Bluffs on the Guadalupe), but steered us through a very long process with patience and an abundance of knowledge. He found additional resources for us as they were needed, and was with us every step of the way (for 2 years+) all through Closing. I cannot say enough good things about Lake Houses for Sale. They are simply the best. Their vendors are superb from photographers to deep cleaners. My husband and I worked with Hagan to find a property on the Guadalupe Lakes. Hagan was extremely patient and accommodating in making our decision. Hagan provided excellent service that exceeded our expectations. He was knowledgeable and provided insight on the properties that could only be provided by an agent that was familiar with the lakefront niche. He provided us with records from the Guadelupe River authority and other local entities that helped us with making the decision. Again, I do not think we could have received this information from a less experienced agent. He and his team proactively guided us through the negotiation and closing process. To say Forrest Hess with the Lakefront Group was a great real estate agent seems like an understatement! We have never worked with another real estate professional who is so attentive and helpful. He was always there to answer our questions and meet with us when we needed him. Forrest also knew when to listen and not offer advice so that we could make the best decision for us. However, he would offer advice when needed. If you are looking for property on the lake, I don’t think you will find another person who is more knowledgeable! We cannot recommend him enough!
