  9. Outstanding professionalism and top notch boat piloting is what you can expect from this organization. Captain Casey made sure our charter was safe and still had fun. The neighboring boat captains also worked well with each other insuring traffic and encroaching vessels did not create any dangerous conditions. Our group had a ton of fun and had zero complaints. I was throughly impressed.

  18. Centex Boat Rentals was definitely a 10-10 experience. Our captain, Casey, was wonderful in making sure our bachelorette group had a wonderful day on the lake. He made sure all the girls knew the rules and stayed safe out on the boat, and that everyone was having a good time and enjoying the water. If you were thinking about brining a big group out to Austin, you definitely need to take some time out of your day to visit the boat rentals, it was the best time!

    Only warning – Paradise Cove Marina charges $5 – person, which is out of any of the boat company’s control. Lakeway Marina closeby is free.

This is the second time I’ve brought a group of friends who had never tried wakesurfing before, and Blake managed to get everyone up on the board in no time. His patience and encouragement made all the difference. It felt like we were out on the water with a good friend. We’re already looking forward to our next trip to Austin to have Blake and his crew take us out again. Centex truly embodies Southern hospitality; we will always highly recommend Centex to anyone looking to get out on the water in Austin! Bonus is that we also brought our dogs the first time and they had a blast on the boat in this Texas heat!

We booked “The Pearl” for 4 hours and it was perfect. 11 of us had way more room than expected. Captain Casey was communicative, welcoming, and extremely awesome.   329. THERE ISNT A BETTER WAY TO GO ON LAKE TRAVIS.
    First off! Our boat driver Alex was amazing! She was so professional and fun and such a fantastic surf instructor. We had 3 first time surfers on the boat and they all got up and surfed with her instruction! The boat looked brand spanking new! Clean and had a cooler waiting for all of our drinks. We got to connect our phone and played our own music which was so nice! Alex
    Knew the perfect spots to go surfing in a quiet cove during the really busy Labor Day weekend. I’ve rented plenty boats before and I haven’t experienced a better trip than with Alex! When you book please request her! We also didn’t have to lift a finger. She set everyone up with all the life jackets and made it so easy when we went to devils cove! We had 10 people and everyone had the most incredible time! I cannot wait to come back to Austin and visit. Also the dock was super easy to find and her equipment was top notch and very high quality for surfing and wake boarding. I can’t say enough good things about this experience! Thank you ALEX!

  444. Captain Jared did an amazing job taking a group of 25 of us out on the Party Barge! He was very friendly and chill. Even when one of the people on the barge threw up, he helped me clean it and didn’t get upset or tell us we need to be taken back. So he’s very tolerant with people who are drunk!
    He ran a few minutes late in picking us up, and gave us a lot of extra time at the end which was also nice. 100% recommend asking for Jared!

Beautiful boat and the friendliest captan ever (Blake). He took his time to teach us how to wakeboard and was very patient. He also had the best jams which was an added bonus!! HIGHLY recommend!!!

  506. Rented the biggest pontoon they had. The Captain, Blake, was so fun. He knew where the best spots were and even in heavy winds, handled the boat perfectly. We felt very safe and well taken care. A great day on the lake!
