I had my first private class with Casie on Friday and wow what a difference she has made in my practice! I’ve been in and out of my practice and not taking care of myself and with her gentle and kind teachings and words, it has helped me realize to honor myself and take care of me! I’ve always enjoyed every teacher I had taken a class from and would recommend this studio to anyone that is looking for a wonderful yoga studio to make their own!

I highly recommend Nectar Flow Yoga. Casie has created a wonderful community. I was new to yoga, and recovering from a surgery when I started here. I get lots of individual instruction and modifications even in large classes. I love how seamlessly “all levels” works here. Empowered Flow is my jam.

Im really excited for the Lakeway and Spicewood communities to have a great place to practice yoga. It is obvious the teachers here really care and are up to good things. Love the community here and cute space.

Love the gentle yoga class with Kera. Exactly what I need after a long week of workouts and life! Beautiful location and very friendly yogis. Blessed to have this great place in Spicewood.

I have attended several classes and they do a really great job. I attended the Gentle Flow class today and was very worried because I am having back and hip problems. Neither my physical therapist nor my Pilates instructor have been able to improve the pain very much. Casie’s class was wonderful and really improved my pain. She was very attentive to how I should adapt poses. I really appreciate her!
