Love this place! Got my fist Botox with Samantha and she was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable, insightful, professional, and caring. She made it the most seamless process ever. She explained everything thoroughly and I left understanding the process more. She walked me through everything and was gentle so I barley felt any of it. Facility is beautiful and inviting. Would highly recommend.

This is the third time in the past year and a half I’ve been to MiraBelle and just love everyone there. Samantha did my injections- she’s had years of experience and is very knowledgeable, helpful and informative. No one ever tries to push products or fillers, they just give me what I want/need with patience and guidance. When I check out, they always see what type of rewards points I may have to use for services. I highly recommend MiraBelle Med Spa!

Mirabelle Medical Spa is a cut above everyone else!!! This is the best place I have ever been! I have been a customer for over 3 years now and I can’t say enough good things! First, they care about safety! Second, they are all about quality! All of the treatments and options available make me look my absolute best! they are not one of those one and done places, they care about their customers and set up a long term plan for your skincare goals. My skin has never been this amazing! highly recommend for all of your beauty needs!! They also have the best injector Sam, she explains everything and listens to you! Their products are high quality as well! I would not go anywhere else!

I take all three of my teenagers to Leslie for facials. They each have their own skin issues and their skin always improves after a session with Leslie. Leslie is great about educating them (and me!) about how to cleanse and care for their teenage skin.
Carol, the front office assistant, is always welcoming and warm on the phone and in-person. We always look forward to our visits at Mirabelle!

I’ve seen Sam for injections – she’s a top notch expert, listening to your preferences and giving thoughtful advice when needed.

I’ve also seen Leslie for multiple treatments- she is highly invested in your outcomes. It’s not just about giving you the treatment you purchased, she’s motivated to do whatever required to maximize your results. I’ve never had that at a medspa!

I love Leslie at Mirabelle Spa! I went to her after I had been going to another salon nearby and not seeing any results. One hydra facial with Leslie and I definitely noticed the results! My skin was much firmer and more hydrated and youthful. She is super knowledgeable as well on what products I could use and couldn’t on my skin (I was pregnant at the time) and really paid attention to what my skin needed. She never pushed products on me, but did give me suggestion on what my skin needed for hydration and offered me samples to see if I liked them (which I appreciated !).

You won’t be disappointed if you go to Mirabelle Spa! It’s a great environment, everyone is so nice and friendly, and the estheticians are super knowledgeable. After one session with Leslie, I cancelled my membership at my other spa and signed up with Mirabelle Spa.

I absolutely love MiraBelle Spa and the staff. I moved about 45 minutes away and I refuse to change med spas. They always take care of me, they’re extremely friendly, and answer all of my crazy questions. Chandler, Callie, and Leslie are the best!

I have nothing but great things to say about this place. This time i won their valentines giveaway of a dermaplaning facial and sunscreen. Chandler got me scheduled fast and I was able to get in next day with the amazing Samantha. I have to rave about her as well. She is the sweetest, always responds to my messages and deals with my crazy schedule, I trust her opinions and recommendations and is the reason I keep coming back for touch ups and trying new treatments. I went in for my first treatment today and first of all, the office was beautiful and the whole staff was welcoming. I worked with Sam, she was absolutely delightful. So informative, understanding and friendly. Wonderful customer service. I would highly recommend her to anyone and plan on making her my go to girl for all my future appointments. 🙂

I received a party glow yesterday from a very skilled aesthetician. The details of her work were next level-she didn’t miss a spot on my face or neck and applied the perfect pressure of the enzymatic mask. I recommend this service as well as MiraBelle. I have not had good luck with fillers etc in the past until I found Sam at Mirabelle. She is so thorough! She gave me a detailed explanation of everything she is going to do. She knows her field very well. She is honest about the end results and goes above and beyond to get good results. I highly recommend her.

I love this Lakeway location!! I am always so relaxed and pampered when I go here. The staff is great and Karen is always so welcoming. My favorite product is the Mirabelle tinted-filtered facial sunscreen broad-spectrum SPF 40 — it’s weightless and covers imperfections so well. One of my skincare MUST HAVES!

By the time I hit 47 years, my self-esteem had tanked. Every time I looked in the mirror, all I could see were signs of aging, including horizontal lines on my forehead, deep smile lines, and a disappearing upper lip. It made me sad, and I projected that by putting myself down when talking to friends and family. I dragged my feet but finally decided enough was enough and I made an appointment at MiraBelle with their aesthetician, Sam.

Let me tell you, after having Sam correct the things I saw as issues I am so sorry that I waited as long as I did! My facial lines disappeared and I suddenly had beautiful, natural-looking fuller lips. Sam’s knowledge and expertise are top-notch, and she made me feel so at ease during my visit. She has my full trust that she will not do anything to my face that will draw negative attention (like TOO MUCH lip filler). Spoiler alert! I loved my first visit so much that I went back months later for a second visit for touch-ups.

I also had a peel done by Chandler, who was such a joy to spend time with. This was a gentler peel but it got the job done because I received many compliments about my skin’s texture afterward.

The staff at MiraBelle are so kind and helpful. When I first wanted to make an appointment I talked to Crystal, and she convinced me to go for it! She is MiraBelle’s best cheerleader! She helped to get me scheduled on a date and time that was convenient for me but that also fit in any necessary healing time (which was minimal, if at all).

My only regret through this whole experience was that I waited so long to do it. I feel like a million bucks! I will definitely be a repeat client. Give Crystal a call and book your appointment with Sam!

I’ve loved all of my treatments at Mirabelle. The staff is so warm and welcoming. Callie is so fantastic at what she does, and consults on the procedures of Botox and fillers beforehand, which puts my mind at ease. I love that she takes a conservative approach, and the process has little to no pain! The Hydrafacial experience is also fantastic. Chandler was so great to take her time and give me the works. I am so happy to have found them!

Highly recommend MiraBelle!! I called last minute today for a short cosmetic procedure and they were able to get me in within an hour- along with my three kids who were running errands with me today. My esthetician Sam put my mind at ease and I was in/out within 15 minutes. The office staff were all incredibly welcoming as well, definitely a very warm, welcoming spa environment. I just had the most amazing experience during my first visit to MiraBelle. My cosmetologist Chandler was amazing! She talked me through everything that she was going to do ahead of getting started and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire service. She also gave me some great skin care routine recommendations to fit into my schedule. I had such a great experience I decided to sign up for their membership and look forward to returning in a few months for my next facial.

The entire staff is amazing!! Sam is the best aesthetician anyway in Austin!!! She’s very knowledgeable and has been in practice for a long time….she did a wonderful job on my lips and is kind and makes you feel comfortable and I will be going back for micro needling because I trust her I highly recommend her and Mira Belle Spa
