Both of our kitchen sinks backed up on a Saturday night and after calling a few plumbers in the Lago Vista area with no positive responses I spoke with Jarrod at Lantz’s Lakeside Plumbing. Jarrod said he would be out Sunday morning and he was. He worked diligently to unclog the sinks and cleaned up afterward. He was very professional, friendly, and helpful with suggestions for avoiding a repeat performance. I will definitely use them in the future.

My grinder pump was making a very loud noise. They were able to come out the same day even called me 30 min prior so that I could be sure to be at home. Chris was very professional and got the problem fixed in no time at all. Very Pleased!

I’m not a customer per say. I went in looking for an odd adapter for Kitec pex pipe. It was the end of the day an they were all getting ready to leave for the day. They took the time to look around on the off chance they might have them in stock. Unfortunately for me they didn’t have them, but they told me where I could go to get them. Thanks guys.

Adam came out on a late saturday afternoon, they were the only company that answered our call. The grinder pump went out and we couldnt use the toilet. Adam diagnosed the problem and explained how the system worked. The repair was $175 and we’re very thankful for their help!

I have used Lantz’s Lakeside Plumbing twice this past month. At the office I needed the sewer line to septic tank cleared and a new commode set. It was done promptly and at a reasonable cost. At my home, I had new faucets installed in the kitchen and one bathroom, again with prompt service.

I needed an emergency repair of my sewage pump system and Lantz’s response was both prompt and expertly executed. I called late on Saturday and they came and fixed the issue first thing Monday morning, without even the need for me to be present for the repairs.
