I highly recommend this company. We had a problem with our smoke detectors chirping randomly in our home. Fortress Lock Safe and Security arrived timely and they were very courteous and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and neighbors.

Jon was great and prices were more than reasonable. I was freaking out not being able to get in my safe and he was able to help me out faster and with a better job than anyone else. Will definitely use them again!

I wish to update my rating for this company to a 5 star – and for the reason of the owner reaching out to me upon realizing my negative experience with his staff. While I did not utilize the service, since my previous need was for an emergency – I now would contact this company again. He was patient, he explained why his company made the mis-step and he made the situation right.
