Epps was a pleasure to work with. Ian took the time to explain everything. Car looked good as new and they cleaned it inside and out when I picked it up. So thankful to have a reliable body shop i can can count on near by.

Epps recently worked on my car and they did an amazing job on fixing the damage. I got another quote from Whitakers and decided Epps was a better fit for my needs. The paint match is excellent! I will return to get my windows tinted. Customer service is excellent. I received several calls during the repairs to update me on progress. First class body shop. Thanks Epps!

I can’t say enough good words about their excellent and friendly services: My Mercedes SUV has a huge dent caused by the collision with a deer. I stopped by and asked for a quote. To my surprise, they took my car in and repaired it on the spot with their paint-less dent removal technique. What a great service!! The cost is so reasonable that I highly recommend these folks to anyone who needs car collision services.

Great service and a fair price. I have a Prius with 111,000 miles on it that was recently hit by a deer (yes, the order of that sentence is correct). We came up with a cost effective option based on the worth of my vehicle. I don’t believe you will be disappointed with their service. Very honest folks.

These guys are AWESOME. Honest and true as it gets. Even though my insurance company screwed up on the estimates, they worked with them and got the job done as quickly and efficiently as they could. They even loaned me a loaner car because my insurance wouldn’t cover the cost of a rental while my car was in the shop. Fabulous and fantastic. I wouldn’t trust my car for repairs to anyone else, which is rare for an auto body shop. Two thumbs WAY up for these guys! Thanks so much for taking care of me and my ride!!

This morning, I went over to Epps to get an estimate to repair my rear bumper after my car lost a battle with a giant rock near my neighbor’s driveway. (Driver error).

The lady gathering my information took a look and said they might be able to fix it on the spot and to wait just a bit. 5 minutes later, the tech put everything back in place and the car looks as good as new.

I would recommend Epps to anyone who needs any collision work done on their car. Great people, honest, and truly customer service oriented.

I had a bumper that had come loose on our van from it catching on a curb and pulling it loose. I stopped in to Epp’s to get a quote on getting it fixed. And they took a look at it and said they could fix it on the spot! Wow! I couldn’t believe it. 15 minutes later I was pulling out with the repair done. They were timely and professional and what was even better was that it felt like you were in a true neighborhood auto body shop that cared about taking good care of you. I hope I don’t have any paint and body damage again and I know where I’ll go if I do.

Just had the absolute best experience at Epp’s. They were quick and courteous and very affordable. I would recommend them to everyone! They have the best staff and they really know what they’re doing. I was very nervous my car would require a lot of repair and it ended up only taking a few minutes. Wow, thank you Epp’s!
