The absolute best of the best! Small, family owned business that strives to make the buying process seamless. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and honest! Their sales, service and parts department are clean and well organized. Their parts department has all the boat needs, but also a lot of wants – spent a pretty penny on clothes, hats, yetis, etc!

I had my first interaction with Austin Boats & Motors and it was great. I was retuning a U-Haul one-way trailer and had such bad service at another U-Haul location (they wouldn’t log the trailer returned over a 24 hour period) that I re-attached the trailer and brought it to AB&M. Nathan met me in the lot and helped me park, unattached the trailer and directed me to the office. Kurt and Gerrard helped me get the trailer officially returned and I was happily on my way in minutes (after waiting 24 hours for the Cavalier Food Mart location to do nothing. No doubt on who to use for U-Haul. I would lso now visit AB&M if I am ever in the boat or accessories purchase situation.

Signed up for a Ranger at the boat show. I had a Nitro to trade in and they gave me price they would pay from a picture. After inspecting the boat they stuck with the price they originally stated. My new Ranger is being built. So far all the offers and incentives offered will be given. So far so good. Thanks to Erick and Holly during this complicated process.

Took my boat in for service and couldn’t be more happy with the job they did.
They fixed everything, called to let me know about another potential problem and turned the job around in 24 hours. Not to mention this was the week after the boat show when their service department was slammed. Price was fair and I got my boat back before the weekend. Good guys and quality work.

Austin boats and motors is the last boat shop you’ll ever need. I had quite a bit of work done to my RangerZ21 and greg did a great job managing that process. Martin Boyer was very helpful when working with me and overall my experience was excellent. Just bought a new 2017 Ranger boat. This is our 2nd boat purchased from Austin boats. Very happy with our experience once again. Since we are coming from outside the area, was able to get the deal made, trade in, price, loan, all done via email. So when we went out for our test ride, everything was ready to sign when we got back. Everyone there treated us well. Ranger is the best bass boat we have ever had. Very pleased with Austin Boat family.

My mercury motor stopped working just before we had guests arriving for the weekend. I contacted other dealers and the wait time was 3-6 weeks before the work could begin. They might be a little more expensive, but worth it to have the work completed in a day. Thanks Austin Boat and Motors.

Martin and Holly made our buying our new boat a great experience. We can’t wait to get out on the lake in our new boat. I like how they do an orientation on all the features on the boat. They really go the extra step even helping us get an insurance quote on the boat. They are really friendly and nice to work with and I would definitely recommend them.

I recently bought a 2015 Nautic Star 210 Angler. I went to over ten dealerships and talked to dozens of people about this boat and others. I can say without a doubt that this place treated me with the most respect and actually acted like they wanted my business. Though that sounds like it should be a given it is not I assure you. Evan if I had not bought the boat I feel that they treated me like I was a valuable client. My price and options were very fair and I feel that my relationship with this dealer for other services will continue as long as I am here. I worked with Erik specifically and he went above and beyond to help me with questions I had. It was a very comfortable transaction to say the least. And I hate making big purchases. We just took delivery of our awesome new Ranger boat! After a long searching process, we finally found the perfect bass boat at Austin Boats and Motors. We loved working wth Eric who helped us figure out what we needed in a boat and all the accessories to make our experience great. A special thanks to Justin for taking the time to get our truck properly fitted to tow our boat and teach me all about driving and owning a boat. We would definately recommend these guys to anyone looking to a new boat!

Bought a new boat from them in 2013 and it was a great experience. Erik and Martin made everything easy, we did haggle on the price but came to a number we both agreed on without anyone getting upset. Even got a better discount for financing and paid the note off after they got their spiff.
They introduced me to parts and service, very friendly guys and gal. Unfortunately, have had to deal with the warranty dept (Holly) and she has been great. Good follow up and everything is getting fixed.
