I as a rule loathe getting my car serviced. Tried making two appointments at dealerships to get serviced. One told me it would take a month for an appointment the other said just show up and hope they could find time.

Ended up going to Christian Brothers on 620 and they were amazing. The waiting room is nice, Jeff is really easy to deal with and Dan the owner arranged to drive me to my destination so I didn’t have to wait there all day. Won’t go anywhere else for auto service after this. Highly recommend.

I have too many cars. Seriously, I do. And each one of them has been through Christian Brothers Automative shop in Lakeway, Texas. If you’ve been around cars long enough, you know that they need maintenance, love and care.

Finding a good, solid, mechanic that will take good care of your vehicles at a fair price is getting harder and harder, but the professionals at Christian Brothers Lakeway do a great job, everytime.

Not only do they service the cars of me and my wife, but I also trust them to service the cars of my children and mother.

The staff is knowledgable, attentive, courteous, and really do care about doing a good job, the first time.

I’m a DIY person and have always worked on my own cars. In the last few years I’ve been less interested in doing my own work and took a chance with Christian Brothers on an electrical gremlin in my Daughter’s car. They called back shortly after dropping the car off with a proposed solution that was economical too and I had the car back that evening. I’ve been back numerous times since then with various issues ranging from A/C to drivetrain problems on cars ranging from my daughters beat up Volvo, my wife’s Infinity and my BMW. Each time I have been impressed with the quality and promptness of the services. As to professionalism? It’s top notch. Jeff and team are friendly and courteous. The owner himself drove me back to my house the other day after taking my car in. The facility is great and I have no concerns sending my wife or daughter to drop off or pick up their cars when an issues arises.

They have my business and if you haven’t already tried them, give it a shot. I think they’ll earn your business as well.

We had an incredible experience with Christian Brothers. They were honest and respectable in everything they did for us. My car had a rare and complicated problem that was hard to diagnose. The crew at Christian Brothers was upfront and honest with me about everything. They donated over a dozen man hours to figure out the problem that they did not bill me for as well.
I could not have had a better experience and it is refreshing to see a business that is called Christian Brothers reflect the values of Christ!

I took my car to a different Lakeway dealer, got a quote to fix both front hubs. Called around to a few other dealers, Christian Brothers had best price by a couple hundred dollars. First dealer told me that Christian Brothers was going to jack up the price when i got there. They didn’t. The price was the exact same as they quoted. The service was both very friendly and very quick. They also fixed my bumper free of charge. Highly recommend.

I was stranded with car trouble on Sunday night. I got a taxi to a motel. On Monday morning Jeff called a tow company to get my car, and Dan came to the motel to pick me up. Dan showed me the Tow company’s receipt and charged me the exact price of the towing (no markup!). The shuttle ride was free (about a 30-minute ride!). Dan was very pleasant to chat with. As for the repair itself, I was clueless about what the problem could have been. There was a terrible vibration at highway speed. They could have told me I needed a huge repair, and I would have had to pay it. I wouldn’t have had any idea where else to go, and I wouldn’t have wanted to get another towing. Well, all it was was a bad tire! The price was totally reasonable. I was all set to get back on the road by Monday noon. Then I asked if I could heat up my lunch. Dan took it back to his break room, and then brought it back out with a plastic fork and napkin! If you live near this address, I envy you!

Always a pleasant experience here, which is so rare these days. My battery died over the weekend- charged it up and brought it in for testing. Had to take out the seat to get to it, tested it and said that it’s holding charge well and recommended sticking with the current battery. Anyone else would have at least sold me a new battery and then made up a million other things I needed. Thanks for being so honest, I’ll be back next time.
