Anchors Down ATX offers rental boats on Lake Travis and on Lake Austin. We provide experienced boat captains with every booking. Anchors Down hosts birthday parties, bachelor or bachelorette weekend, or just a fun day out in the sun.

In addition to our boat rentals, you can book tubing, wakeboarding, or wakesurfing behind the Yamaha 242X. To arrange these activities during your rental, please confirm availability when booking. These toys make fun on Lake Austin and Lake Travis extra enjoyable.

Don’t stress about what you need to enjoy the lake. We provide you and your crew with two coolers of ice, an 18ft lilypad to float around and relax, life vests, and the captain will keep the music bumping thorough-out the day. What more could you need?

Yamaha 242X

Anchor Down ATX’s Yamaha 242X Wakeboard / Wakesurf boat.

This 24 foot Yamaha jet boat is set up for tubing, wakeboarding, and wakesurfing. It seats 12 guests. The charter come with an experienced captain, a full tank of gas, 2 coolers and a 20lb bag of ice, life vest for everyone, and an 18 foot Lily Pad. The boat includes a bimini top for shade and Bluetooth stereo. Guests are welcome to bring their own drinks and food. Please no red wine, glass bottles, or styrofoam cups.

We had Travis as our captain on the 4th of July – a great experience all around! It takes a while to get to the dock when you park – so just give yourself some time when arriving. You can also request to tie up to other boats on the cove.

So much fun and super accommodating! We decided last minute to stay on the lake longer than originally planned and Simon came right to us to pick us up! I’ve had quite a few charter boat experiences but none as easy and fun as Anchor Down ATX! The pontoon was clean, had a great sound system, fit all of our group and even came with ice. We had a 4 hour birthday party on Lake Travis and rented a pontoon boat with Anchor Down ATX. It was an absolute blast! Captain Simon had everything we needed and made sure we had a good time. There was plenty of room for 12 of us with enough storage for food and drinks. Definitely a 5 star day and we are already planning our next outing. Highly recommend!

I’ve actually went out on his boat a few times and have had a great experience every time. Now that I’m thinking about it, I had some unforgettable experiences on his boat. He’s a great captain, and thinks of everything. There isn’t a better boat rental company for the price. It’s like he knows every other boat on the water, we are always tie up with some awesome groups.
