Winemaker’s Series
Join Flat Creek Estate’s winemaker, Olivier de Certaines, on the first and third Saturdays of every month for our new Winemaker’s Series.
Olivier will start with a tour of the vineyard complete with a glass of wine, and then a literal walk through as you learn about the science and art of the winemaking process! Enjoy two cellar tasting pours and our lovely charcuterie in our barrel room as Olivier discusses how wine ages and end with a final glass in our port room Trooper’s Den looking through microscope to the actual microorganisms that make the final product, the wines you enjoy!
It will be an educational and fun 90 minutes!
