Celebrate Valentine’s Day with this class that will show you that chocolate isn’t just for dessert.
Chef Demeatrie will prepare a flavorful menu, including: Caramelized Figs with Dark Chocolate, Goat Cheese, Bacon and Candied Orange; Coffee and Mexican Chocolate-crusted Ribeye with Stout Beurre Blanc; and for dessert, Strawberry and Oat Crisp with classic Chocolate Sauce and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream.
The cost for this demonstration class is $69 per person.
