The Ultimate Beef Wellington Class with Chef Heidi Wittenborn

Success is all about TECHNIQUE. Do each step right and you’ll be the hero of your own kitchen, with all your dinner guests singing your praises! For this class, Chef Heidi will be preparing individual Beef Wellingtons topped with a Red Wine Sauce and a few crumbles of Gorgonzola.
A great Sauteed Spinach side dish completes this tour-de-force meal to impress your guests.
