Texas Fine Wine Retrospective & Perspective

Texas Fine Wine kicks off its 10th anniversary with a Retrospective and Perspective tasting on Saturday, Feb. 3 at Spicewood Vineyards.
This second annual event and educational tasting will explore different vintages, varieties, vineyard practices and winemaking techniques that showcase the wide diversity of styles and expressions of Texas wine.
Bending Branch Winery, Duchman Family Winery, Pedernales Cellars and Spicewood Vineyards will each showcase a 2014 library wine, current release and barrel sample of one of their iconic wines.
– Bending Branch Winery 2014, 2019, and 2021 Tannat, Newsom Vineyards
– Duchman Family Winery 2014, 2018 and 2022 Aglianico
– Pedernales Cellars 2014 2020 and 2022 Tempranillo Reserve
– Spicewood Vineyards 2014 and 2020 Good Guy and 2023 Estate Tempranillo

Winemakers and owners will talk about the wines and share historical perspective while also looking ahead at what’s to come from the Texas wine industry.
