Southern Comfort with Chef Frankie Childs

Chef Frankie kicks off her tenure with us with this menu of delicious Southern specialties that are as warm and comforting as a bear hug.

Menu includes: Old Fashioned Chicken and Dumplings completely from scratch, including roasting the spatchcocked chicken and making bone broth; Garlic and Lemon Grilled Asparagus; and for dessert, the ambiguously-named “Pink Stuff”, a quintessential cold, sweet Southern salad that’s been served by Meemaws for generations.

The cost for this demonstration workshop is $59 per person.
