RM 1431 (FM 1431) Community Hall Meeting

As a result of the many issues and concerns the citizens of the North Shore have confronted regarding our dependency on RM 1431, the North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce has coordinated with the office of Precinct 3 Commissioner Ann Howard, the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) and the Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) to provide interested citizens of the North Shore the opportunity for open dialogue and informed discussions about the safety measures and developmental plans for RM 1431. The event will occur on September 27, 2023, at 6:30 pm, at the Lago Vista High School Performing Arts Center on Lohman Ford Road.

The North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce is hopeful that the residents of the North Shore will take advantage of this unique opportunity to engage with the invited officials. The event is open to all members of the North Shore community, including residents, local businesses, and public officials. Attendees are encouraged to participate actively, ask questions, and contribute their insights to the conversation. North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce and Precinct 3 Commissioner Ann Howard’s Office to Host Community Meeting Addressing RM 1431 Safety

Lago Vista, TX – The North Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with the office of Precinct 3 Commissioner Ann Howard, is pleased to announce a Community Meeting addressing the safety and development concerns of RM 1431 in relation to the North Shore community. The event will take place on September 27, 2023, at 6:30pm, hosted at the Lago Vista High School Performing Arts Center on Lohman Ford Road.

With RM 1431 serving as a vital artery for commuters and residents in the North Shore region, the NLT Chamber recognizes the necessity of engaging with the community to discuss matters impacting their daily lives. This meeting will provide a platform for open dialogue and informed discussions about the safety measures and developmental plans for RM 1431. Travis County, CAMPO and TXDOT have partnered to address concerns.
The meeting will feature representatives from Capital Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (CAMPO) and Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT), and Travis County.
