Red on Red: A Beef and Wine Paired Dinner
Saturday Dec. 17th – Join us for a decadent evening celebrating one of the best pairings of all time – Red Wine and Red Meat!
We are excited to be partnering with Luca Farms for all of the meat. They pride themselves in providing premium grass-fed, grass-finished beef. Their cattle are humanely raised, free of added hormones or antibiotics, never fed grain, and roam free in pastures their entire life.
Ticket price of $100 comes with a three course meal, each paired with a wine presented by Ron Yates himself. For a fun twist, we are tasting two wines each course, one of ours and one from Yates! And who knows what else Ron will be opening that night, I have heard some pretty interesting things about special bottles being opened! The event center will be decorated for the holidays, the fireplace will be on, some live music to accompany us and as always, the wine will flow.
Arrivals at 6pm – Dinner starts at 6:30pm
1st Course – Sliders paired with Spicewood Vineyards Red Label Tempranillo and Ron Yates Amalgamation
2nd Course – Red wine braised short ribs paired with SV The Independence and RY GSM
3rd Course – A Duo of Steaks paired with SV The Good Guy and RY Cabernet
