Mat Pilates is a low impact, whole body exercise series that uses gravity and your own body weight to provide resistance.

Each class will incorporate the six Pilates principles: Breath, Centering, Control, Concentration, Flow and Precision.

Each class is appropriate for all fitness levels.

All the exercise movements can be adapted for your level through modification or progression.

This mat class series will focus on increasing your core strength, flexibility and mobility.


The Lakeway Activity Center is a multi-use Lake Travis event venue hosting social, civic, educational & recreational activities for the Lakeway community.
