This hands-on class with Chef Dan Castro will cover a brief history of sushi in Japan; how to make your sushi rice; the equipment you’ll need; how to cut your fish and basic knife cuts; and you’ll make three different kinds of rolls:
Negihama, with Hamachi, Scallions and Ponzu; California Roll with Crab, Avocado and Cucumber; and a Handroll with Spicy Scallops and fish.
Masks are required at all times that you are not actively eating or drinking.
