In this demonstration class, Chef Daniel will teach you to prepare several dishes from his home.
The menu includes: Lumpia (a Crispy Fried Spring Roll) with Banana Ketchup; Kare-Kare (Beef with Peanut and Lemongrass Curry), served with Bok Choy and Eggplant; and for dessert, Mango Royale, a classic Filipino dessert.
