Shannon Hamilton is the Executive Director of the Central Texas Water Coalition. She has a background in sales and marketing but came to CTWC with a passion for protecting our most valuable resource, our water. She is fully committed to educating others on our water supply issues and fighting for a more sustainable future for Central Texas.
At the meeting, we will be talking about our drought, what got us here, what the future looks like, and what people can do to help protect our water for the future.

The Central Texas Water Coalition advocates for:
Responsible water management policies that minimize fire risks, risks to the drinking water supply and adverse economic impacts that result from very low lake levels
Equitable pricing for water to encourage conservation by all
Routine updating of hydrology and climatology studies utilized in LCRA’s Water Management Plan and used in water management decisions
