An Indian Feast for a Hot Night! Hands-on Class with Chef Jenna Rasmussen

Indian food is wonderful for hot weather, with its spicy foods and cooling side dishes.

In this class you’ll work in the kitchen with Chef Jenna to prepare: Shakshuka, a flavorful entree that can be served as breakfast or dinner.

It’s a rich, spicy, tomato sauce with ground meat (we’ll use lamb), topped with runny eggs and served with homemade naan. Served with crisp cucumbers and raita sauce for dipping, the perfect combination.

Finish off with a cool refreshing mango lassi, it’s *chef’s kiss*!
