No Samba dancing or feathered headdress is necessary for this class commemorating the Rio Carnivale (but you can wear one if you really want)!

Enjoy some delicious traditional Brazilian treats with Chef Demeatrie. Menu includes: Feijao Tropeiro (Pinto Beans with Cassava Flour, Egg & Bacon); Churrasco Steak with a Sauce Trio (Chimichurri, Beet Hot Sauce & Grilled Pineapple), served with Pao de Quiejo (Cheese Bread); and for dessert, Mousse de Maracuja ( Passionfruit Mousse).

The cost for this demonstration cooking class is $69 per person.
