11/7 Bracken Hale hosts Tommy Alverson for Songwriter Showcase

Every Monday night we offer patrons the special opportunity to join us as Poodies transforms from Honky Tonk to Listening Room. This is a unique opportunity to enjoy hearing two very talented Songwriters swap songs and the stories that inspire them. We also serve Choice Ribeye steak dinners to complete the experience.
On November 7th, Bracken Hale hosts Tommy Alverson. Tommy is one of the greats in Texas Music. He’s been a prolific songwriter and performer, writing for some of the music legends of our time and performing and recording with the likes of Willie Nelson. Bracken is one of our consistent hosts for Songwriter Showcase. He has written and recorded several of his own albums and played with multiple Texas musicians.
