Author Kimberly Nixon will discuss her latest novel Rock Bottom Rising, a sequel to Rock Bottom, Tennessee. This novel is based on the true story of her grandmother after a felony conviction in 1930s and 1940s Tennessee, featuring the Tennessee Valley Authority, The Manhattan Project, and WWII.
