Couldn’t be happier with Cristian’s help and service on behalf of Fortress. Had an old front door lock not responding to several of our keys and he came out to assess and attempt a cleaning/repair, but ultimately replace the locking mechanism with a new one, matching the only key I had on me at the time. My mistake was using this particular key, as it’s a copy (maybe even a copy of a copy) and come to find out long after he finished and left that yes the new lock is matcgued perfectly to it, but the older “original” keys, like the one my wife uses to the house, won’t work because this new lock is so specifically matched to the copy!
Reached out to Cristian the next day and he squeezed me in for a quick reservice, no charge. Got me squared away in 5 minutes, and this time I had the original keys and we tested them all. Wonderful guy and a wonderful snob well done. Thanks Cristian!

The service was quick and the price was great but I have to say the service was wonderful the locksmith Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable about the situation if anyone need a locksmith this is the company.

We had some issues with a set of French doors getting stuck in lock mode after installation of keypads by Fortress. Fortress was prompt to come out and take a look at the issue. It was NOT a Fortress keypad issue but rather a door installation issue!
Jeremy with Fortress was kind enough to help and looked at all of my doors that Fortress put keypads on. The door installer didn’t put all the screws in properly and some doors were even missing screws!!
Jeremy gave me some very good information about my doors that I have since shared with my door installer.
The door installer is going to come out and check out the work they did and see why things weren’t installed like they should have been.
I would have had no idea if it weren’t for Jeremy’s assistance!

If you’re here because you’re locked out of your car or house, don’t do what I did.
I finally called them after wasting 4 hours trying to get into my F 150.
They promised to be there in 45 minutes, but I told them at this point no hurry.
I was also a bit worried that I live in the boonies and Google maps is off by a half mile.
They said no problem and even knew the road i lived on.
30 minutes later, Mike showed up, and he opened the truck in minutes.

Long story short, for less than 100 bucks, it was the best money I ever spent. My only mistake, I should have called them after the first 15 friutless minutes!!

Fortress is awesome!! I have used them once before and they were amazing then. So, I needed to have my locks re-keyed again and they did an amazing job! They are also very reasonably priced! Not only did they do what I needed, they also fixed things to make them work better. They also let me know when something might need to be replaced soon. On top of all that, they are super nice, professional, and very helpful! Mike, the technician who serviced my house, did an AMAZING job, was super kind and very nice! I highly recommend Fortress for all your needs!

He called ahead to let me know when he would arrive.
He was on time, polite, professional and worked quickly to get the job completed.
I was very satisfied when I reviewed his work and tested our new locks.
Pricing was also fair and reasonable.

I highly recommend this company. We had a problem with our smoke detectors chirping randomly in our home. Fortress Lock Safe and Security arrived timely and they were very courteous and knowledgeable. The problem was resolved quickly and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again and refer them to my friends and neighbors.

I wish to update my rating for this company to a 5 star – and for the reason of the owner reaching out to me upon realizing my negative experience with his staff. While I did not utilize the service, since my previous need was for an emergency – I now would contact this company again. He was patient, he explained why his company made the mis-step and he made the situation right.
