21 Days of Gratitude
Join us for 21 Days of Gratitude!
Together we will begin a new habit of starting the day with gratitude. Taking time to consider what is going right in our life, what brings a smile to our face and how that focus changes everything!
When you sign up for this challenge you will be part of a group looking to embrace positivity, simple joy and new perspectives. Our challenge begins September 29-October 19, led by Laura Marcotte.
During this time you will receive daily inspiration by email and have the opportunity to meet in person once a week. At the in person gatherings, Laura will offer a short meditation and time to share our experiences.
All you are encouraged to do is consider or open to gratitude each day and attend the in-person meet up if called to do so. In person gatherings at Nectar Flow yoga September 29, October 6 and October 13 at 4pm Benefits Instruction and support on a daily gratitude practice Begin to enjoy small victories.
