Tai Chi/qi gong Series
This 8 Week Series starts with the fundamentals energy by teaching the key principles of Qi, or energy and offering various techniques for working with your energy and the energy of others.
Students will then learn a Tai Chi form to practice consistently.
The series closes with learning the Nine Phases Qigong: The 3 Treasures: JIng and essence of the Earth element in us Qi – essence of body energy Shen – essence of Spiritual vibration.
