Bee Cave on Ice
The City of Bee Cave presents Bee Cave on Ice at Hill Country Galleria! Come out and enjoy this year’s coolest holiday attraction from Friday, November 14th, 2025- Sunday, January 19th, 2025.
Hours of Operation:
Monday-Thursday: 3pm-9pm (last session at 8pm)
Friday: 12pm-10pm (last session at 9pm)
Saturday & School Holidays*: 10am-10pm (last session at 9pm)
Sunday: 10am-7pm (last session at 6pm)
Thanksgiving Day (11/27): 10am-7pm (last session at 6pm)
Christmas Eve and Christmas Day (12/24 and 12/25): 10am-7pm (last session at 6pm)
Pricing:
Wednesday-Monday: $16 (plus tax) for 50 minutes of skating. Includes skate rental.

Light Up The Plaza – Holiday Tree Lighting
Join us as we light up the plaza on Black Friday, Friday, November 29th from 5pm-9pm. The Tree Lighting Ceremony will feature live music, ice-skating, giveaways, face painting and refreshments for guests beginning at 5 p.m. Free admission and parking.

Photos With Santa
Photos with Santa is back this holiday season at Hill Country Galleria! Enjoy a magical experience that allows families to visit Santa inside his workshop and take their own photos for FREE. There will be no professional photographer on site, but families are welcome to use their own cameras to capture this magical moment. Open select days from November 29th through December 24th, Santa’s Workshop will be located indoors, next door to Buenos Aires Café.

Lago Vista’s Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration
Every year Lago Vista hosts the Annual Christmas Tree Lighting. Kids young and old join together to watch dancers and singing groups on stage with festival Christmas carols filling the night air. Businesses, nonprofit groups, and churches donate their time and delicious treats, providing a simple meal for all to enjoy.
The big moment comes when the City tree is lit up along with all light in the City at the same time. And then, arriving on a big red fire truck with lights flashing and horns blaring, Santa and Mrs. Clause delight the children with fill-in letters to Santa, a chance to whisper in his ear what they want for Christmas, and free photos with Santa, Mrs. Clause, and his Elf.

Lakeway Lights On
Join us for Lights On!, Lakeway’s annual holiday and Christmas celebration held at the Lakeway City Hall parking lot. This festive event kicks off with the official lighting of the Trail of Lights, a magical experience for all ages!
Santa, Mrs. Claus, and their elves will be there to meet children, listen to holiday wishes, and pose for photos. Be part of the moment as we officially turn on the Trail of Lights, illuminating the night with festive cheer. What else can you expect?
Enjoy live music performances that will fill the air with your favorite holiday tunes.
Indulge in delicious s’mores and a variety of food from local vendors.
Participate in fun activities and capture memorable moments with family-friendly photo opportunities.
Parking Information: Parking is available at the Lakeway Activity Center and the Justice Center, with a short walk to City Hall.

Bee Cave Holiday Market
The Bee Cave Holiday Market is a three-weekend pop-up market hosted by Penny V Productions and Hill Country Galleria. This unique holiday market takes place in the Hill Country Galleria Central Plaza. For the first 3 weeks in December, we host a rotating lineup of local Austin makers offering unique, handmade goods, perfect for holiday gifts. Families can enjoy the holiday ice skating rink, pictures with Santa, face painting, and lots of fun holiday activities!

Lakeway Holiday Trail of Lights
Experience the magic of one of Lakeway’s most cherished traditions, the Trail of Lights! Enjoy a festive walk through the beautifully lit trail, open each night for the holiday season.
The Trail of Lights can be accessed from two locations
The lower parking lot of the Lakeway Activity Center – 105 Cross Creek
The City Hall Parking lot – 1102 Lohmans Crossing Road
Accessibility
Handicapped and stroller access are available from the City Hall parking lot. Follow the sidewalk near the dumpster cage, around the building to the back entrance.
The trail is self-guided, and there are no vendors or attendants on-site.

Lake Travis Holiday Boat Parade
Mark your calendars…The date is set for the 2023 Lake Travis Lighted Holiday Boat Parade!!!
Parade starts at Crosswater Yacht Club at 6:00 pm travelling into the body of the lake just past Captain Pete’s Boathouse.
Parade finishes at Captain Pete’s for award ceremony food and drinks.
