Super handy for boat storage and access close to the Briarcliff Marina. Clean and neat with rainwater wash access keep boat spotless. Super nice and helpful management. Reasonable price and remote gate access with an iOS app.

I have been here almost two years. Clean, nice, concreted, wash area, great lighting and safety. Sold my RV, but when I get another or a boat I will definitely be back.

I’ve kept my boat here for several years now and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. The facility is top notch and well maintained. The owners have been amazing and genuinely seem to care about their tenants. The location is extremely close to the marina and having secure 24 hour access with lighting is very helpful. Highly recommended.

They are conveniently located on Pace Bend North (FM-2322) near Briarcliff and onithe way to Pace Bend (Paleface) Park. I called and they met me onsite after hours to check out the available units, of which there were plenty of different sizes available. The property is well lit, electronically secured with steel fencing, multiple camera monitored with concrete paving every where. Making for easy entry and maneuvering of vehicles or truck and trailers into and out of the secured compound.

There are many other storage facilities within a few miles, but I checked them out and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Extremely nice new storage for your RV . Large covered slots 40 to 50′ in length. The owners are very nice and helpful. If you are looking to store and protect your RV or boat you need to take a look at this place you will be impressed.

Curtis, the property owner, was extremely friendly and made the rental process very quick and easy! This brand new storage property is designed to easily navigate trailers and RVs through the extra-wide and flat driveways with tall and wide doors on the storage units. It also has easy access through the front gate using a unique pin code, which you can enter on 2 different key pads depending on the height of your vehicle, or using an app on your smart phone! In addition, the Pace Bend Park boat launch is just 5 minutes away.
