I had a great experience at Westlake Dermatology. I was checked-in and seen very quickly, and my providers were professional, knowledgeable, and very attentive. The treatment that I got was efficient and effective, and the providers went above and beyond to make sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Dr. Conroy and her MA, Brittany are amazing! Dr. Conroy answered ALL of my questions, and I never felt rushed. She was able to recommend a more holistic and natural approach to my concerns. Brittany went above and beyond in helping me find a much better deal on my prescriptions. I highly recommend Dr. Conroy at Westlake Dermatology.

It was my first time at Westlake Dermatology and the staff was super nice and helpful. When I walked in both Victoria D and Aggie greeted me with a smile! My medical assistant Brittany was very helpful and I Loved Dr. Conroy she was very knowledgeable!

I’ve been going to this location for years and am never disappointed. Dr. Conroy and Brittany are always so helpful and knowledgeable. They address every question and concern I have, and I always leave their office feeling empowered. The wait time is very low and they offer a multitude of services and products.

I loved my entire experience at Westlake Dermatology. You can easily make you appointment on line. They have multiple locations to choose from. Parking was easy and from the moment I entered until I left my experience was a solid 10+. The front staff is friendly and very helpful. My nurse was informative and very friendly. It was like have a visit with a girlfriend. Dr. Richard’s was awesome. She answered all of my question and take me through the entire procedure. I was in for a full body mole check. After my visit I have now scheduled another appointment for the to do my Botox and maybe have something done about my age spots. Met the beautiful and knowledgeable Dr. Conroy at Westlake Dermatology today. Everyone from the front desk (Aggie) to the medical assistants (Madison and Katie) to the doctors were super nice! Facilities were above par and very clean. Lots of beauty products to choose from while waiting for your appointment. Would definitely recommend!

The staff was very friendly, efficient and helpful. Dr Richard was able to identify my medical issue right away, gave me a few options for treatment, explaining each one and helped me make an informed decision. I will definitely see her again when the need arises.

I was pleased with the treatment I received with the doctor. The facility could improve their phone/patient call system. Each time I call the office, no one answers, and I keep missing return calls due to my own work schedule. I spent much time going back and forth over the phone trying to figure out my prescription issue.

Kylie is my laser bestie! She is so great and has done my laser hair removal (life changing) but also just did my vbl laser on my mommy makeover scars. I can’t wait to see the results and will be back for all upkeep etc. she also recommended some lasers for future (anti aging facial) use

I’ve searched high and low all over Austin for a great dermatologist and FINALLY found one at Westlake Dermatology – Brianna Kay. She is diligent, very knowledgeable, honest, and takes a customized approach to each client. And for bonus points, she is very personable – doesn’t feel like you’re visiting a doctor. Her assistant Brittany is great and they’ve helped me a ton. So nice to finally find a great dermatologist in Austin that meets my needs.

Kelly Ann was super knowledgeable and “no pressure!” Dr Geddes – Bruce performed my smart lipo and she went above and beyond to make me comfortable and she did a flawless job. Her assistant Emily was extremely sweet and stood by my side through the whole procedure. They follow up with you constantly once your procedure is done and treat you like gold. I would highly recommend them to everyone. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I have been a patient/customer at the Bee Caves Westlake Dermatology for 3 years now. Erma is my preferred aesthetician because of her professionalism, her extensive knowledge AND her sweet personality. The girls at the front always greet me with a smile, usually remember my name and the wait is minimal. I highly recommend this office.

My entire family has been coming to Dr. Fridlington for years. She’s friendly and helpful. The staff is always quick to greet you as you walk in the door and offer you water. I’ve always had an easy time making an appointment, and the office wait time is minimal. Usually I barely crack my book before they call my name. They are gentle and caring with my children, and I always feel like we have received quality care. Dr. Fridlington isn’t the first dermatologist I’ve gone to, but she’s the best. If she wasn’t, I would never have taken my kids there.

i went to the four seasons location and was greeted warmly by a couple of super nice women, they offered me water (regular or sparkling) and i sat in a lovely AC’d room until i went and had my consultation. My consultant was kind, understanding, non-judgmental, very professional and nice to be around. looking forward to any and all visits there again.

This place is first class from the moment you walk through the door. Obviously customer satisfaction is top priority. I see Dr. Heidi Prather, she performed Fraxel repair on me and has given me such great follow up. You cannot go wrong placing your trust in this business.

Very nice and clean atmosphere. I walked into the wrong place by accident and the workers were very friendly and instructed me to the right direction. When I did get to where I needed to be the staff was very professional and nice also. I saw Alisha Rogers. She answered all of my questions and even gave me extra attention. I recommend them with 5 stars for sure. You guys are AWESOMESAUCE!!!

Staff at Westlake Dermatology is phenomenal. Top-notch, state-of-the art facility. The physicians and nurses are very knowledgeable about skin care and promoting a youthful and healthy appearance for their patients.

They will always recommend the procedures you need. I have never once been upsold or pressured into a procedure. The Fountain of Youth is Here. Its a combination of 1) Science, 2) Professionalism, and 3) a Commitment to High Quality Patient Care.

One of the best facilities in the country.

Can’t say enough wonderful things about Westlake. I drive from Houston to see Dr. Friedmann. He’s a genius. Product is strong, he knows exactly what he is doing. Just love him!! Call Courtney to set up appointment, she’s so wonderful, and go see Dr. Friedmann!!!
