Steven of Roberts Pest Control is our technician and every time he has come to the house for any issue we’ve had. He has been very courteous and thorough and explained the treatments very well. I use Roberts because of the excellent service by the technician that services my properties. Ray Lopez has been there to resolve all of my various pest issues over several years now. He is courteous, professional, reliable, and effective. He even follows up with an actual phone call if I’m not at the property when he treats it. A phone call? Who does that! This review is strictly for Jerald Issac who is the best technician they have! He is reliable (always communicative) thorough (no corner missed), and extremely kind. The company’s prices are really good and they’re not pushy/upselling you on other things. I had a tech come last month who did not do a good job, and when I called and said I wanted Jerald to come back and fix what the last guy did wrong, he was here the next day. Don’t ever lose Jerald!

This was my first time requiring this type of pest control, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Jareld was extremely pleasant, arrived promptly as promised and provided excellent follow-through. He was thorough about the process and expectations. I would absolutely contact your company again based on my experience working with Jerald. I can imagine that his managers already know all of these things about him, but I wanted to make sure that they and you hear it from a satisfied customer.

Everyone is Super friendly and respectful.

Ray has been our Technician for many many years. He is professional, polite and excellent at what he does. He will return to your home and re-spray if necessary at no additional cost. For us that is rare. If you’re looking for a Great Pest Control Company you won’t find anyone better than Robert’s Termite. No contracts, you can skip a treatment and no penalty fees. TRULY HONEST – I called Roberts Termite & Pest Control and scheduled a pest & rodent inspection. My renters saw a mouse outside and were concerned about infestation. Jerald inspected the property and found no trace of rodents or insects, fortunately. The only thing he noted was that my dryer vent needed to be better sealed. I was not charged for the inspection and got no sales pitch about the vent. I was surprised and delighted that they didn’t present me with a list of costly service recommendations. It is rare to be met with such integrity from a service provider. Thanks, so much, Roberts! I will definitely use your pest control services exclusively!

This company has always responded promptly to any of my multiple tenant concerns over all our properties they usually are on site the same day with immediate action, wither its Roaches, Fleas, Spiders or even Wild Animals they come in and help to correct any bad situation. Alos I love they actually answer there phone with a Live person right away. Truly professional I Recommend them to anyone needing help with all the critters LITTLE and BIG, they will be there for you!

I had them out for termite treatment a few years ago with the required yearly inspections by my technician, Steven. Steven is fabulous. He is proactive, timely with his communication, and shows up exactly when he says he will. He is very pleasant and clearly knows and cares a lot about his work. Lastly, he is super thorough. I honestly was a bit upset about having to pay for an inspection every year to maintain the termite treatment warranty. I figured it would be someone coming in for 5-minutes and charging me just to check a box. But nope! Steven is awesome! He checks ALL over, inside and out. When he leaves, I feel like my house has actually been thoroughly inspected for problematic bugs in a way that makes me feel safer. Steven isn’t just checking a box, he really cares about making sure your home is safe. And without me even asking, he even made a few recommendations about how to get rid annoying bugs like flies. He is the best!

We had a flea problem in our 2 bedroom apartment (2 cats, 1 dog). We called Roberts and they were able to service our apartment the same week we called. They provided an initial service and a follow up service a week later.

1 month later and we have zero fleas. The cost was around 140 dollars. Great service, super easy, my technician was also very nice.

Jerald is the best! I had lots of issues with roaches in the house when I first moved in. Then, Jerald started coming every few months and it’s like they don’t exist! Aside from a rare occasion where I see a few the week when he is due to come for a new spray, my house has been roach free! We appreciate him and his hard work!

I suddenly experienced problems with a mouse entering my home. I called this business and they came to my house shortly thereafter. The inspection was very thorough and immediately a treatment was applied. I can only say that I was shocked at how very little they charged me for their service. I am already spreading the word
as to how good they are. The young woman at their office was very
friendly and willing to help in a kind manner after I told her how stressed I was due to the problem I was having.

So pleased with Roberts! While here for another issue, our expert technician Jerald discovered that we had carpenter ants outside. I felt the prices were very reasonable. Jerald even called me to follow up and confirm the issue was resolved! Great customer service.

Danny came out and took a look at our place which seemed like it had some sort of rodent problem. He thoroughly investigated the situation and made a helpful recommendation that saved us money. We didn’t end up needing any service beyond the survey, so I can’t speak to more than that, but I was very impressed with his expertise and integrity, and the company was very responsive (quick booking).

I had to clean my rental after a bad tenant and
I saw ants nests in the yard near home so I decided to check for termites before new tenant moved in. I found Roberts Termites and the came quickly, told me the home did not have termites now nor traces in the past and the price was very resonable. I have 8 homes I rent and I plan to use Roberts Termites & Pest Control for my future needs. Why? Larger companies have many layers so they are more expensive and less reliable than a good more direct provider, the issue is to find a good one and I just did, also they try to get you in service contracts. Felt the ease of dealing with Robert’s was worth writing a fabulous review!

We had been dealing with unwavering carpenter ants for probably a month, which after having a few other companies come out and quote us for services and try to sell us on other products, felt the process was too fussy and tried to treat on our own.

Well that didn’t work.

So we found Robert’s, who had quite a bit of information on carpenter ants on their website (leading me to believe they know what they are dealing with), and I called to see if they could come out. They had Ray come out the same afternoon, treat our whole perimeter for the ants + other critters, we paid, and were told to call back if we saw any more ants for the next 2 weeks. Boom done. No pressure for signing up for quarterly services, etc.
Today: no ginormous trail of ants! I realize its still early, but I’m happy with my results so far.
