I don’t have much occasion to hire a plumber so I saw a positive recommendation for them in my neighborhood FB group and called them up hoping for the best. I’ve got to give them 5 stars for their service. A young man named Austin came out the next day and did a super job at a fair price – I’ll call them next time.

Neighborhood plumbing has been a godsend as they promptly and thoroughly repaired the leak in our external water line. They understood the inconvenience in having the water off to our house, and they were able to diagnose the potential places to look for the leak, replace the bad equipment and get the water back on quickly. They truly treated our house like it is their own house.

I cannot begin to describe how good these guys were. I made the mistake of calling another plumbing company the day before and they came out and totally ripped us off on what they fixed and then said that we needed another $1,400 worth of work. Austin came out from another plumbing company and told us one of the things the other company said needed to be replaced did not need to be replaced and the other one he could replace for half the price. Needless to say, this is the company we will be using from now on.

Called these guys after suffering through “The Freeze”. Arrived on time and knew exactly what I needed. The repairman was top notch and took the time to explain every step in the process. Neighborhood Plumbing and Drain was the third plumber I called, and the first that understood the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it. Paul was extremely competent, and I would trust him with any plumbing problem. I received frequent calls from their office keeping me updated about when they were most likely to arrive.

Some vandals broke into my warehouse and broke the faucets and commodes in the office area and warehouse. I had renters ready to move into it in three days time. Neighborhood plumbing had it all fixed up and fully operational in no time. And at a fair price. Not cheap but good never is.

I was out of town and needed a plumber at my home in Lakeway. The office called me when the plumber was on his way to my house and once the plumber got to my house, he called me and explained what the problem was and how much it would cost to fix. Very pleased with the excellent customer service!

Our main water pipe was leaking just after the meter, so the water company turned off the water, but since it was on our side of the meter, it was our responsibility. It was 6pm and I called Neighborhood Plumbing. It was after hours and they asked if we could go until the next morning – which we could. So FIRST THING the next morning Eric shows up, provides a reasonable quote, and completes the work in about 90 minutes. He came in and flushed the entire house, while his partner cleaned up outside. I can say with confidence that they cleaned up both their work AND the mess I made digging to figure out where the pipe was leaking.

Prompt, precise, up-front quotes, and professional work leaving the area nicer than when they arrived. What more could I ask?
