Jan helped us through the process of selling two pieces of land in a desirable location. She advertised locally and nationally. She brought in buyers whose offers were higher than we expected . On the first piece we had several offers, each of which was structured differently. Jan systematically compared them on a spreadsheet so we could see what the bottom line of each would be. On the second piece the process was complicated because of a well. Jan handled the entire process of capping the well, including the city inspection. We just sat back and watched her go. She has a lot of energy, a lot of connections, and a lot of experience. I would recommend Jan Moreland to anyone looking to buy or sell homes or real estate. She’ll get the job done in a competent, expeditious manner – and she’ll get you the best deal possible.

Greg Walling was an absolutely phenomenal agent at every step along the way. From the outset, he connected us with a seller and got us access to an off-market property that was a perfect fit for us in terms of lot size, location, and “buildability” for subsequent new home construction. The deal itself was filled with many complexities in navigating interpersonal bumps in the road and other logistical complexities in closing the deal. I have used Moreland, specifically Anna Lee, on several real estate deals. She is the best in the business. She is prompt, professional, responsive, attentive, and a delight to work with.
