Meridian 98 is proud to showcase seasonal dishes that are locally sourced from Texas farmers and fisherman. Featuring quarter sawn oak interiors and leather furnishings, this cozy space features a full bar, multiple indoor seating arrangements and an amazing rooftop terrace delivering commanding views of the neighboring Texas Hill Country.

Open daily 4PM to 10PM. Join us for Happy Hour to save $2 on cocktails, house wines, draft and bottled beer Sunday all day and Monday – Thursday 4PM to 6PM. Or visit us on Wine Wednesday for wine specials and live music 7-9PM.

Jamie the bartender is an awesome bar tender. She practically ran the entire floor on her own. She exudes service with a smile. She also serves up great drinks!

Only had drinks. The Texas Old Fashion was very good but needed a large ice cube instead of the crushed ice. My wife was not as thrilled with the Margarita so she went with a gin and tonic on the second round. Hard to mess that up. Bartenders were courteous and cheerful. Very nice atmosphere and great view from the patio. Would definitely visit this place again.

Katie is absolutely awesome at Meridian 98. She makes wonderful drinks and is fun to chat with. Views are great. Would be a nice place to host a business Happy Hour.

Great chocolate martinis after a day around town. Great rooftop bar vibe. Awesome sunset if you get here at the right time. If you are in the area, even not staying here, worth coming and visiting. If you are staying at the hotel, definitely a must visit.

We popped in for drinks and to escape the heat. The view from the patio was beautiful and was also one of the main reasons we dropped in. Jessie was our server and was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We probably would have ordered food, but they were serving a limited menu for the 4th of July, and nothing appealed to us. Great service, great drinks, great view!

Had great date night with my husband! Went for drinks and appetizers an listened to Kenny Luna (live music!!). The bar manager, Roxanne took great care of us! Going back again next Wednesday!

Excellent little place with a great view best thing that I’ve had so far on the menu is the charcuterie board it was outstanding on a nice day you can overlook from the roof and it is amazing! Great place to unwind after a long day of work or other chores! If you have never been I would say you need to! It’s on top of the Sonesta Hotel there in bee Cave check it out!

Undiscovered gem. Not sure why this place wasn’t PACKED on a beautiful May evening. Fresh, flavorful food and friendly, attentive service. Way more than “just” a hotel restaurant.

Awesome drinks, delicious food (bacon wrapped shrimp, ahi tuna sliders, pulled pork nachos & so on!) beautiful view & GREAT service! Enjoyed hanging out with James the server very much, he was awesome! Highly recommend!!! Need to offer gift cards so we can share with friends! Great place!

As far as hotel bars go, this one is pretty solid and is a reason I choose this particular hotel. Huge swing of locals mixed with large groups either having a conference or golf trips were in full force this time around that I stayed there. It can get packed sometimes, like close to over a hundred people in the bar- which for a hotel based bar is unheard of. Pretty cool walking in thinking it is dead and it is jamming!

Food is as good as you’d expect, it’s as good as your local medium / high end bar, speciality drinks are between $10-13 each and happy hour gets you $2 off anything liquid. I had four of the Buzz’s which is vodka and muddled strawberries. Excellent.

It is pricey so don’t expect it to be cheap and come expecting airport bar type prices. Worth a stop.

The hotel bar, Meridien 98 was very nice. It had lovely lounging areas inside and out. I can only imagine what it must be like to gaze over the beautiful hill country from the balcony at sunset. It was nice seeing the twinkling lights at night. The bar food was realy good! Flatbread pizza was delicious. The scallops and spoonful ceviche apps were quite tasty and beautifully presented. Service was wonderful! To top off the evening, we rode in the trolley the hotel purchased just to bring its guests around the Galleria shopping are. It was a beautiful trolly with very nice and comfy seating. No clackity clack!

WOW! I’d give them 6 stars if I could! This fun place is just what Bee Cave needed. It’s bright and happy and the music is lively and not too loud. The small plate offerings are so yummy – I had the tuna sliders (3) and it was more than I could eat! The shrimp and blue grits make a beautiful plate and are pure comfort food. Happy Hour wine is $6 and they are incorporating Texas beers into their menu. When we got there at 5ish on a Friday night, the place was about 1/3 full, but by the time we left (6:30 ish) it was full, and starting to get a little loud. Outdoor seating on the decks will be fabulous once this summer heat has passed. There’s plenty of free parking in the parking garage.
