They’ve also recently added an arcade area with some classic games as well as popcorn, coffee, water, etc.… Just a great place to come plug into their free Wi-Fi get your car all shiny and be on your way! I went into Sudz Lakeway with my almost new, quite clean car that really only needed an exterior wash – except the new car dealer had done a bad job of cleaning the interior windshield, so I requested a Basic Wash which is listed on the website as $30. I was told they no longer do that and now the cheapest full wash is $45. They need to update the website as this is false advertising.

This car wash is the best quality wash around where I live! The owners are very kind and friendly to me when I come in. They prepare the cars they wash before they pass them through the tunnel which I greatly appreciate since my paint won’t be scratched again like other bad car wash companies. They are the best money for value and even have a nice lobby with waters while you wait! They left my truck looking better than new when I first bought it!

Can’t recommend this place enough! I called ahead and spoke with Sean who was super kind and actually sold me on a better value package for $60 cheaper than what I initially called about. When I showed up the woman at the entrance (sorry I missed her name) was very helpful. I asked her about a spot on my trim that looks bleached and it’s been an absolute headache I’ve been trying to fix for 2 years – and they had an option to add on for only $35 for all my trim front to back! They even took the time to clean my roof rack which we hadn’t talked about initially, as well as getting off some sticker residue on my drivers side windshield. Super happy with the service I got and the attention to detail, I can’t remember the last time my car looked this good. Truly above and beyond service and for a reasonable price. Will be sending my friends here. Thank you!!

Had to get my car cleaned ASAP for a date, Ms. Dulce was standing out in the heat, was very polite and told me they might need to keep my car for longer or might not be able to fit me in for the time frame I had requested. She was able to get Sean (detail manager) to take a look and he was able to give me a quote and have my car ready far before I had expected. Thank you to everyone here for their efficiency and understanding in my situation. Also last note, my car has many stains from being stolen AND I have a date tonight so this was a huggeeee deal. I will be back and for the first time ever I plan on getting a membership for a car wash.

July 24 Review: Went specifically for a spill of protein shake on the front passenger side… The check in staff checked the floor mat and the OEM floor covering before settling in on a $125 package… The car was cleaned, shampooed, scrubbed, wiped down, etc and handed over after a 2.5 hour wait… After driving off happy, the stench came back with a vengeance the next day…! Long story short, the underside of the floor mat was neither washed nor cleaned…! For a $125 service package specifically to clean out the spill, they should have taken a little bit of care to ensure that the spill area was completely clean. Disappointed! Feel like I wasted my time and money this time! March’24 Review: Courteous staff and good service. Value for the money with the interior cleaning package.

The lovely team at Lakeway Sudz got me out of a major pickle this afternoon! While stopped at a light along FM 620, a large truck drove by me and ran over a full jug of what I assume was petroleum based auto fluid that was lying in the middle of the turn lane. The super greasy liquid sprayed all over the drivers side and front windshield of my Tahoe. I pulled up to the car wash panicked about cleaning the super greasy mess (think cartoonish smear all over my windshield, wipers and all)….but one of the owners met me outside, took control, advised me on the best wash option, and made sure her crew took care of a very odd situation. They even ran my Tahoe through a second wash and did spot cleaning to ensure it was as squeaky clean as possible – I offered to pay more but the owner politely declined. You don’t find this kind of service ANYWHERE anymore. I highly recommend this car wash. I live in West Austin but will gladly swing out this way again for their high quality service. 6/26/24 I live near Riverplace. My friend suggested SUDZ Car wash . I usually drive to Westlake. Well I’m glad I took her advice. This was the best Car Wash I have ever had! My car was Soo dirty and now inside and out sparkles. Peter and Shaun were really friendly, and their waiting room has all the amenities. It sits back on 620, but what a find! I’ll be back! I wanted to recommend the Suds Deluxe Car Wash at 1100 RM 620. Upon a neighbor’s recommendation, I took my car in for a car wash. After seeing their excellent work, I took my wife’s dog mobile, a black Tahoe, in for a full detail. Shawn and the crew did a fantastic job to make the car look new. So if you haven’t used them in a bit, the new management and service are excellent.

I wrote a 5 star review for this car wash before and I wanted to come back and give them another 5 star review. I brought my wife’s car in yesterday and mentioned that we needed to get it clean because we would be selling it the next day. They went above and beyond with cleaning my vehicle inside and out. The owner/manager, not sure which or both, also added in an extra shampoo service for free because he noticed some spots. He wanted to make sure we got top dollar for the sale. This is why I choose this place for my vehicles. They not only do a great job they care about you and your vehicles and make sure to provide the best service possible even in 100 degree heat. Please give them a try. I use to manage a car wash and I know how demanding and difficult a business it can be, I also know a lot of places will cut corners. You get what you pay for here and then some. Thanks again for the hard work and the extra help and attention to detail Sudz. By the way we got the agreed upon price and they mentioned it looked fantastic!

I drove in from Amarillo, the headlights on my 2018 CRV were so covered with road debris and had the yellow coloring, that it was almost impossible to see anything driving at night. I googled headlight restoration and found that Lakeway Sudz did restoration. I called, and they said to bring my vehicle over and they could get it in immediately.. The owner Shawn was very friendly and professional, he kept me up to date on the process, even showing me pictures on how it was progressing.They did a fantastic job! I am very happy with the results! I would definitely recommend for everyone to let them restore your headlights.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. They absolute did one of the most amazing detailing of a car I’ve ever seen. We took our F-150 in to get detailed after many travels with a yellow lab and a cat. Hair was everywhere and the car was just filthy. They restored back to showroom quality at a great price. I highly recommend them for your detailing needs they have won me over forever as a customer. Amazing work we are so happy!

I bring my Porsche and my sprinter van here and they’re fantastic. Everytime I am here, everyone is very friendly and makes it a pleasant experience. Last time they noticed my wheels had excessive brake dust and asked if they could spray them down for free which was very nice of them. The workers are also very nice, fast, and do a great job. I tried the car wash on 620 by the grove but they’re super unfriendly and the car wash isn’t nice. I’m happy to live so close by to sudz as it’s such a fast, easy, and pleasant experience.

I had my 2008 Honda CRV detailed at Sudz, inside and out. They did an outstanding job and my car looks fantastic! Every surface, every window, and every carpet cleaned. The seats look like new; in fact, it’s like having a new car! The exterior literally shines, and the wax job somehow got dings out of my doors. Just amazing! I went on 1/21 to try the car wash under new ownership. In short, best Premium ($50) car wash I’ve ever received. The interior was show room clean. Because the outside temp was too cold for the tunnel, the team hand washed my car at no additional charge. The owners were actively working in the process alongside their employees, building a great culture from the ground up. I would give 10 stars if it was an option.

I took my Infiniti into Lakeway Sudz to prepare for selling it. It was a 9 year old car with several issues in the paint including being splattered in the past with drops of concrete from a construction site. Lakeway Sudz did a “paint correction” job for $500 and I was very pleased with the results. They took their time and carefully brought the exterior back to as good a condition as it could possibly be. The technician Joe did a fabulous job – you should ask for him. I am confident that this investment netted me at least $3K more in the final sale price I was able to get for the car.

I’ve been here before and after new ownership took over. I’ve always had good experiences here but it almost seems like there’s been extra attention to detail on our cars lately. I appreciate that they still honor carwashes I pre-paid for with the old business, it just makes me want to continue going here after I run out because of their goodwill. I have a couple suggestions for new ownership if they want more “foot traffic” – From the street, it’s hard to see that your carwash exists because of the small signage that faces towards the street instead of towards oncoming traffic. If you’re allowed to, you could put signage out on the north end of the property facing southbound traffic, along with your current google rating–use your good reputation to your advantage! – If you have a pattern of slower hours during the day, you could offer a few bucks off washes during that time window to draw more people in, and display that promo on the signage Keep up the good work!

We had our Mini Cooper detailed at Lakeway Sudz through Benjamin. It’s not clear if he’s an employee or a contractor, but he had a tech do the work. In any event, when we got the car back it was missing the bumper cap for the front tow hook and one of the rubber seals on the driver’s door was pulled loose. Benjamin said he’d replace the missing cap and subsequently ghosted us, not responding to texts or phone messages. We will never use this place again.

I dropped of my 2011 Avalanche with very corroded headlights.May not be the very worst, but close. Joe polished them to look new and spotless. A terriffic job. All the people at Sudz are customer care oriented. This truck was dirty inside and out. They even washed and vaccumed it. What a terrific place to get your car or truck cleaned. Three years later and they are still providing great customer service. I took my wife’s 4Runner in after a year and a half of beach, ranch, and city driving with dogs. Called for a detail, Johan said bring it over in the morning, by 3:30 I picked up what looked like a showroom vehicle. Detail was immaculate. Even the engine compartment was spotless. Will continue our patronage, I do not believe there is better in the area for all around washing and detail service. Great team, great job. They actually take time on the interior vacuuming and cleaning of the interior. The crew doing the finish made it shine They have upped their game from the former name Best in Lakeway

Detailer Carolina did an amazing job on our Jeep wrangler. The jeep needed a very very through wash and detail. It took a couple hours to complete because of all the attention it needed but came back looking shiny and almost new! Will bring back again soon!

The people at Suds Deluxe were incredible. Even though they were fully booked for days out, the GM, Johan, was able to accommodate my emergency situation (a bag of cement tore open in our car) and took care of everything. Johan and his crew performed a miracle and saved the vehicle interior from cement damage. I highly recommend Suds Deluxe!

This was the best detailing experience I have ever had. The manager Johan and the detailers Carolina and Isaac were all so kind and truly gave it their all with cleaning and detailing my car. My car was so dirty and they truly went above and beyond to make my car look brand new and even buffed out some of the scuffs on my car. This honestly was more than I could have ever imagined and definitely recommend this service to anyone!!! Nicest workers ever.

I am not one to write a lot of reviews but suds deluxe definitely deserves this one. I brought my pick up truck for a complete detail and oil change. I have to admit I have not been good at keeping the inside of my vehicle clean at all. They were definitely up for a challenge. The service from start to finish was amazing. The manager Johan welcomed me and made me feel very confident to leave my vehicle with them for cleaning. Carolina did the detail on the inside. The car was also serviced at the lube department for oil change and radiator flush and filters. When I returned to pick up my vehicle, I could not believe what I saw. I wish I had before and after pictures to share with you. My vehicle looked like brand new!!! I feel they all went above and beyond to give us absolutely excellent service! I felt the price was more than fair for the amount of work they had to put in to make my vehicle look so fantastic!. I promise, you will not go wrong with this company!

My husbands work vehicle was so filthy he finally decided to take it in for a detail, and we were so pleased we signed up for the unlimited monthly membership! The customer service was so lovely from the manager Johan, and the crew detailing the vehicle did an incredible job. Shoutout to Carolina and David because that was no easy task… there was caked on mud and dirt everywhere. We will definitely be going back and bringing in our other vehicles as well. I was at the Sud’s deluxe car was in their Lakeway location for the first time over the weekend. I am really impressed by the entire wash team. After driving back from a 3500 miles trip, my GX needed some real good spa treatment and boy I was not disappointed. I got their full interior + Hand wax package and I should say Johan ( manager) and Carolina went all out to accommodate it. A special shout out to David who took all the time to detail my SUV. I am super impressed. What I like mostly about the team is that they are very friendly, take time to explain things and take care of all the minor details. I am definitely coming back to this place for more !!!! H

I’ve used Suds Deluxe a few times for a quick car wash, and they did a fine job. However, it wasn’t until I took my mother-in-law’s car in for a “pre-trade-in detailing” did I truly see what they are capable of! Johan, who I believe is the manager, and Carolina, who did the detailing for us, were PHENOMENAL! I couldn’t believe that it was the same car! They even cleaned the engine compartment and restored the headlights. No question that they were able to get us 10-20% more trade in value for the car after the detailing work that they did. So, fast forward 2 weeks…my mother-in-law scuffed up the front bumper 1 day before we were to bring it to the dealer. I stopped by for a quick wash and Johan was able to use the buffer for a minute and the scratches were GONE! I can’t stress enough how the employees really make the difference here. They work so hard, and take such great care of your car. We are now customers for life!

I want to highlight the outstanding job done by the Suds Deluxe car wash team. My car interior needed a good detailing in general, and additional work due to some spillages. The manager, Johan, and expert detailers Carolina and David, went above and beyond in making sure the car was just perfect! This took extensive additional effort (I had underestimated how much work was needed) at no increase in charges, making everything beautiful. Great experience getting my car washed here. Audi was extremely attentive and friendly talking through the different options and making sure I knew where the snacks were while I waited. The workers did a great job cleaning my car and were very attentive as well. I highly recommend this place!

I took my Suburban in for detailing. The whole car was frankly a mess. The interior and carpet was really bad. This car wash is great. I’ve been going here over a year on their monthly exterior premium wash and I’ve have had nothing but great experiences. The manager, Lulu, runs a great crew here and they are a pleasure to deal with. Monthly customers seem to skip the line and get out of there routinely way faster than one time customers which is such a pleasant surprise considering I’ll get my car washed here weekly. Keep up the great work team. Also, Terrence in the auto shop is a stud also.

We’re very interested in the appearance and care of our cars (2000 BMW & 2020 Highlander) and Sudz on RR 620 puts other full-service carwashes to shame. “Turtle” service compares to full detail job elsewhere. Last trip they buffed out a paint transfer that would gave cost $600+ in a body shop.

This is by far the best detail and service dept in Lakeway! The lube center has kept my vehicles running perfectly for years and has me in and out in a flash. I had a great detail today that got all of the scratches out and made a 10 yr old car look brand new. Ask for Joe and Lulu. They took such good care of me and I will be a customer here for life. A+++

I have been coming to this place for a while now and I don’t think I have ever driven off disappointed. I was pretty happy with the old management, but since the new group took over I have been really impressed. The introduction of the monthly plan was great one thing I was really looking for previously. They are also very consistent, so d washes you get a much better result on a Saturday vs a Tuesday afternoon. These guys seem to do a quality job no matter what. I do pay for the deluxe monthly package but to it seems worth it. Some times getting the car through takes longer than I would like, but i think that is usually just a function of them doing a quality job. As I said all in all I have never been disappointed driving out. I am pretty particular about car washes and the amount of time I have been coming here and the distance I drive for a wash speaks to the great job they do.

My $40.00 car wash was the most expensive one that I have ever paid for; however, the finished product was equal to a mini detail! The crew member who finished my car spent over 45 minutes wiping and polishing every inch of my Lexus. When it was completed, it looked like it did when it was new. Great job.

We have been coming to this car wash for years and have been here through 4 previous owners. We have seen a serious decline in good service in the last few years . We are very loyal customers and have kept coming back. In the last 2 weeks we have been in twice and have had the best cleaning of our vehicle. In years. I believe that we should call attention to people and establishments that doo a great job and exceed our expectations. I pulled into Suds today, pressed first time and a car that needed over and above the normal treatment. I was met by Lulu and told her my predicament. She was able to get me a mini detail in half the time and the results far exceeded my expectations. This has always been a “under promise-over deliver” car wash. Took my truck in for an oil change and wash today. The Lube men did an excellent and fast service. The truck was covered in dust and dried mud after a trip to West Texas. They did an amazing job. I will definitely go back!

Yesterday was my first time going here, and even though it was a bit out of my way I can say it definitely left a great impression! (I got a state inspection and car wash.)
The staff were all very kind and helpful, each of them making sure I was taken care of and checking to see if I found what I was looking for.
The prices were about average, not necessarily “crazy cheap,” but no more expensive than other places I price-compared with.
My FAVORITE part about this experience was that they have a business dog! A sweet old Golden Lab named Lucy! She lays inside on her doggie bed until someone comes over to pet her, and she happily and passively lets you. This surely made my day and added brownie points to this business.
