Lake Travis Music Theatre is bringing Broadway to the North Shore. LTMT has become the jewel of Austin’s Northshore and Hill Country arts community. Open auditions attract actors, singers and dancers of all ages from the Greater Austin area and beyond.

Past performances include: Bye Bye Birdie, Sound of Music, Oliver!, South Pacific, Annie, The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, Guys and Dolls, Fiddler on the Roof, Cinderella , Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, A Charlie Brown Christmas and Peter Pan.

Rising Stars Program
Rising Stars is a teaching/performing program for young people grades K-12, supported and sponsored by Lake Travis Music Theatre, Inc. There are two semesters offered every year which coincide with the school year.
Students learn many skills during classes that include theater games and exercises in improvisation, concentration, characterization, pantomime, basic theater and stage terminology and actual rehearsals for a play or musical presentation at the end of the semester. Other skills include leadership, poise, creative thinking, problem solving, collaboration, time management, teamwork and much more!
