Hill Country Cakery is great! I LOVE LOVE LOVE that they delivered our cake (on a Sunday!) for our son’s 2nd birthday party. It tremendously helped us out by having that service. It is hands down the reason I went with them over other places. On top of that perk, the cake was delicious and very cute! We asked Tammy to make a Mickey Mouse cake. It was perfect! She did a wonderful job. We will definitely go back to Hill Country Cakery for our future cake needs 🙂

I ordered a 6″ cake for my daughter’s 11th birthday. Daughter just said she wanted “a Harry Potter themed cake,” so we were curious what Tammy would come up with. It was awesome! And it tasted delicious. For a “small” 6 inch cake, we were surprised at the size. It was 3 layers tall and more than enough cake for our small family. Thank you, Tammy!

We didn’t end up choosing Hill Country Cakery for our wedding, but we did want to say that Tammy is awesome! They were our second choice only because we had found somewhere that had different flavors that we really liked and we are pretty picky. But Hill Country Cakery is definitely worth meeting with and considering!

Hill Country Cakery is the best!!! Tammy is amazing. She makes gorgeous cakes at a reasonable cost and her customer service is fantastic. She’s made two cakes for me and both were perfect. She’s so patient and cheerfully accommodated the changes I asked for. It’s so nice to not have to worry about anything– Tammy takes care of everything! Will definitely use her for any cakes I order in the future.

Tammy is amazing! We booked her to bake our wedding cake and groom’s cake for our March wedding. Both cakes were absolutely delicious and beautiful…she completely nailed what we asked for. I wanted a 4-tier cake with buttercream frosting. Basically, a classic look with real flowers flowing down the side of the cake. My florist had already finished setting up before the cake arrived so Tammy stayed to put the flowers into the cake (which she had previously told me was generally the florists responsibility). She did a beautiful job and did this for me without a question! My husband wanted an Aggie themed groom’s cake (we both went to Texas A&M…whoop!). She gave us a cake of the Aggie crest and made it look perfect! Both cakes were so delicious that we did not even have a piece left. She is very professional, kind, and helpful so definitely book her…you will not regret it!

I had a hard time deciding on how I was going to reveal the gender of my baby to my closest family. I decided last minute that I wanted cupcakes with the pink or blue inside to reveal the gender so I contacted Tammy immediately! I love her website and the pictures that she posted of her work so that is what swayed my decision to go with her, along with the free delivery if you are near her. Tammy was so helpful and professional, and punctual that it was the easiest cupcake order I have ever made. She delivered the cupcakes to my front door right on time. The cupcakes were absolutely adorable and tasted delicious! I couldn’t get enough! I will definitely be using Hill Country Cakery for ALL of my future pastry needs. Thanks Tammy!

I contacted Tammy after finding her website doing a google search. I had a general idea for a cake that looked like a stack of poker chips and she turned my idea into a very special piece of art. The cake was delicious and exactly what I had described. The prices are very reasonable and Tammy is a delight to work with. I keep trying to think of a reason to order a new cake and will definitely call her for my next cake.
