The location was great for all the activities we did. The rooms were OK. Definitely NO hot water for a shower. We even changed rooms, but still no hot water. The coffee machine was out of service the first day and trying to get extra pods for the maker in the room was like pulling teeth. The carpets were very stained and sticky so definitely wear something on your feet. The staff was OK. Kinda lukewarm. Not friendly but not rude either.

Beds were decent, breakfast was decent. For the price. Yes I’ll do it again. What do you want for this price. Gets the job done.

Employees were friendly and portrayed a good attitude. The employee in charge of breakfast kept the food fresh and plentiful. Everything at the facility worked well, including the small business center, WiFi, and pool.

Wonderfully-clean room, they accommodated our service dog with no issues whatsoever, and the room amenities were great (e.g., great shower head). If I had a complaint, I’d say flushing the toilet was really loud, and could be disruptive to my roommate. However, this is a picky point, and we totally stay in the Comfort Suites again.

Had my mother stay her while visiting 4 days. She loved the pillows & said it was the best sleep she had. The breakfast were good & the attendant was monitoring the status of the food & nothing ran out.
The front desk employees were polite & helpful.
I will continue using this hotel for visiting guests.
