Aero is an amazing company. Extremely honest and well priced. Juan the technician is very friendly and beyond honest, not to mention extremely knowledgeable. Customer service is so amazing it harkens back to the days of our grandparents, when great and honest customer service was the standard as opposed to the exception. Aero is as trustworthy, courteous and
professional as it gets. Using any other company for your HVAC needs would be sacrilege.

I honestly can’t rave enough about this company and the people who work there. Paul helped us troubleshoot a very odd problem that two other companies failed to figure out and he was spot on in his diagnosis of the issue. Shortly after, the second unit began having problems and Juan was able to get it fixed quickly today. Courteous, punctual, fair and highly skilled – you’ll love them.

I have been an Aero Designed Systems customer for a decade and have found them to be honest and reliable. In this instance, Jose and Juan diagnosed my system, clearly explained that my AC coil failed/required replacement, and provided a ‘no greater than’ estimate to allow for the actual coolant cost. They were punctual, courteous, and professional.

Amazing team!!! Had a problem. Technician came right away. Quickly identified and fixed the problem. While he was here, he pointed out at additional issues that had to be addressed. They were real problems – not some kind of upsell. Third time in the last few years I’m using services of this team. Will always come back.

We bought 2 heat pumps and 2 furnaces 3 years ago from them. Our electricity bill has been 1/2 since then. Great technicians, prompt service quality work. Recommended!

Servicemen explained what he was doing and what’s going on with our heater. When he needed help with diagnostic he made phone call and took the necessary steps to get information he needed. I was very happy with the service and would recommend your company to other people.

Our A/C was leaking (again) and we turned to Aero after the repairs made by two other HVAC repair services each lasted 3 weeks. Aero actually did fix the problem and bought us all the time needed awaiting a new system. Our new HVAC was installed yesterday and we could not be happier with the process. The team arrived on time and did not leave until the entire job was done. Our front yard was piled with the spoils of the old system, yet when they left you would never know anyone had been ever been there. They also vacuumed the areas inside our home where debris accumulated. Our primary contact for the day was Juan, a tremendous asset to the Aero brand, but the entire team was fantastic. It’s great to know that we have finally found the perfect business for our needs.

I have been using Aero to service my heat pumps since I moved here in 2020. Aero always responds immediately and does a great job. Juan was professional and punctual. Losing AC when it is over 100 is miserable but they came the same day. I highly recommend Aero Designer Systems.

Juan might be the most patient service professional I have ever dealt with. I asked A LOT of questions and he listened to and answered all. He also knows his stuff and solved multiple issues I was having. Scheduling and communication great as well. Fantastic all-around company!

We’ve used Aero for the last 20+ years on our systems. My parent’s system was aging on us in bits and pieces and with a sale on the horizon, I had them use Aero for a maintenance and estimate on repairs or replacement.
They (Juan and co-worker) showed up on time, reviewed everything, recharged one of the 3 units and are getting us an estimate of labor for 2 of the units that are hurting! And they found the warranty! Brilliant. Always trust these guys to do the right thing and fix it up perfect. If the unit(s) you get fail, they make sure to find that warranty esp. if it’s valid and fix it up – we’ve experienced that before. Trust matters. Thanks, Aero!

Paul came out during the hottest week in Texas after my compressor failed. He informed me of the fix and how he would submit the warranty claim for me. Within 2 days he had the part and installed. Everything went smoothly and very professional. He answered all my questions with great detail! Appreciate it very much!

The BEST! I am super impressed with Aaron and Paul. I was referred to these guys by a friend of mine who owns Pet Wants Pet Store and I really appreciate it! Our AC went out and we had a new unit and furnace in two days!

I contacted Aero and Spoke with Heather. She was a pleasure to speak with and scheduled my appointment quickly. Jose Aguilar our technician, was On Time, as Scheuled. He sent me a text to inform me he was on his way . When he arrived he was extremely Polite and knew exactly what he needed to do to provide our AC/Heating Units with their annual Mainteance. This young man was meticulous at his job, even making sure that the units located in our Attic were draining properly into our Laundry Room sink. When he was outside he cleaned both units by de-webbing, removing debris and finally used our hose to clean Both Condensers !! My husband and I were Impressed with this company’s services and I know that you will be also !

Paul did a super job and even arrived at the jobsite earlier than expected. He immediately got to work and did a thorough job assessing the HVAC system. Paul was extremely personable as well as professional. Will definitely look to use Aero again.

The house was not as cool as it should be.

I’d heard good things about AERO, so I took the chance and asked for them to come out and take a look.

As with most things you don’t know anything about, the technician could tell you almost anything, and with a system in my home over a decade old, I was ready for worst.

He walked me through the things that might cause the problems, and then went to work. As Jake did his thing, he showed me the readings on his tools, and told me what they meant. I’ve had heating and air guys out before. I’ve never seen anyone do the job so thoroughly.

The end of the evaluation was not “you need a new system” (although I am sure I will sooner than later). He took care of the issue and told me what to keep an eye on moving forward.

I was dealt with honestly, by a guy who knew his stuff and did a great job. I have every confidence in AERO.

When it is time to get a new system, I know who I’ll call.

I have found my goto people for A/C and heater repair. We called Aero in mid July based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law. Paul came out and check our system. He was polite and professional. He was also thorough. He fixed up the system and gave us recommendations to help it run more efficiently. He was efficient and focused.

I am very pleased with the work done and I will call Aero for any future A/C needs.

My wife and I were in a HUGE panic this past week. Let me start by saying that our house is on the market and we’re showing the house very regularly. Thursday afternoon I get home from work and walk upstairs…apparently I walked into the mouth of a volcano. The thermostat said 85 degrees with the air on. WHAT???!!! I called Paul at Aero Designed Systems. He calmed me down and assured me that they would have someone to our home the following morning. The next morning Roger showed up exactly when they said he would. Given the problem he couldn’t fix it on the spot. We told Roger that we had an open house the following day (Saturday) and the air had to be fixed. Roger came back that evening, on a Friday night, at 7:30pm to fix our AC. It was a simple fix but that level of service at such a fair price is unheard of. I will recommend anyone and everyone to Aero Design. They have a client for life!

I was referred to Aero by a neighbor/friend who had used them in the past. I had known for a few years that I would need to replace the duct work throughout the house. I was very happy with the speed and efficiency of service. Paul did a thorough job explaining the issues that needed taking care of. Unfortunately for Paul and his guys, they had to complete the service in the summer heat (in my attic) but did a great job. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC/Heating services! Thank you!

Aero was listed as a certified installer for my new NEST thermostats. I had no heat and was in need of immediate help due to the impending cold snap. I was pleasantly surprised to hear that they would accommodate me that same day. They were professional, very pleasant and thorough. I look forward to calling on them again in the future. Always appreciate Aero Designed Systems and the work they do. Bought our heat pump system a couple of years ago. Thought we got a fair deal then but even more valuable has been the tender loving care ever since. Roger is the man!
