Sweet and Savory Crepes Class with Chefs Chris and Kathy LaLonde!
In this fun demonstration class, you’ll learn to make crepes with both a savory and a sweet filling, as well as a lovely, useful chicken stock that makes it easy to makes sauces and soups.
Menu includes: Chicken Stock, which will then be used to make Chicken and Mushroom Crepes; Texas Caviar; and for dessert, Bananas Foster Crepes.
Tools used include the Vitamix, Vitamix Immersion Blender, Stovetop Pressure Cooker, and Ceratal cookware from Fissler.
This cost for this demo class is $59 per person.
