In this class, Chef Heidi will teach you her method for taking ingredients in your fridge, pantry, or freezer and turning them into delicious soups. You can make a soup in 30 minutes or less including ingredient prep time. There is no recipe,
just a few basic guidelines to go from “What am I going to cook?” to “Come and get it!” in a matter of minutes.
Chef Heidi will make several soups during this class, and you’ll try all of them.
The cost for this demonstration class is $59 per person.
