The Chesapeake Bay is known for its unique combination of delicious seafood and charming Southern hospitality.
In this class, Chef Demeatrie will introduce you to some of the classic flavors of this Mid-Atlantic region.
Your menu includes: Duo of Crab Cakes (one regular, one vegan!); Pit Beef Sandwiches (A true Maryland tradition- thinly sliced Roast Beef, Kaiser Roll, and “Tiger Sauce”), served with Old Bay seasoned Fries; and Berger Cookies, derived from an 1880 recipe: cakelike Cookies with a rich Fudge Frosting.
The cost for this demonstration class is $59 per person.
