Savory & Sweet Olive Oil & Balsamic Class with Make It Sweet

We are excited to be collaborating with Make it Sweet again to bring together their knowledge of baking with olive oil and balsamic vinegars.
Savory Menu includes – Caprese Salad, Cheeses & Meats, Fruits and Focaccia
Sweet Menu includes – Cardamon & Blood Orange Olive Oil Cookies, Lemon Rosemary Cornmeal Cake, Strawberries & Cream with Balsamic Vinegar and Chipotle Olive Oil Chocolate Flourless Cake.
Bring your Valentine, Galentine’s or treat yourself to a wonderful tasting event hosted by Jennifer from Make it Sweet and Tabatha Conarko from Con’ Olio. Tabatha will lead you through the tasting while teaching you how to taste oils & vinegars like a pro and to understand the varieties and nuances of these olive oils & vinegars. Most people would consider this an entire meal.
Cost is $69 per person or $62.50 each for 2 or more people.
