Matt LeSueur

Matthew LeSueur’s music is what you get when jazz saxophone makes sweet love to deep house music but they have an open relationship with indie soul and 80s synth pop and together they give birth to upbeat hook-laden nu jazz jams and nobody’s sure who the father is.

LeSueur’s wild musical lovechild is born out of an affinity for sax-driven genre-mashing tunes that pull fringe sub-genres into the mainstream. “Took You Long Enough” is a labor of love, written, recorded, produced, mixed and mastered by LeSueur. There’s a lot more to come.

LeSueur is a Cleveland-born classically trained sax player living in Los Angeles. He passionately contributes to the effort to build and sustain a community of like-minded musicians in LA.
