We’re excited to welcome Chef Eric Beck to our roster of instructors.
Chef Eric will bring you some Cajun specialties, including irresistably Crispy Air-fried Fresh Okra; Spicy Red Beans, made with Ham Shank and cooked in the pressure cooker; Seafood Gumbo- the real deal, with dark brown roux, Gulf Shrimp and Seafood, and Dirty Rice, a true Cajun staple.
