This workshop takes you on a journey into important insights that help deepen your understanding of grief as a normal and natural part of life Experience a safe and compassionate space to honor and embrace your grieving process.

Dress for ease of movement. Bring note-taking materials.

A little bit about your instructor, Linda Hancock:
I am a Somatic Health Educator. My work for the past 45 years has focused on promoting the health and well-being of others. I blend somatic movement with other activities to teach health, wellness and lifestyle medicine.
Somatics works with the wisdom of your body to improve your relationship with yourself, others and your environment.
