Health & Longivity: Building Easy Habits for a Healthier Happier Longer Life
This three session class series introduces the foundational concepts for health and longevity incorporating small, easy, sustainable habits to make a huge difference in each participant’s health and daily living.
Each class will include education, discussion, some hands-on activities and simple take home practices rooted in the concepts of my “six spinning plates of health and longevity” with added focus on time management, habit building, and mindset.
Participants will leave each class with real-life, practical tools to improve energy, mood and health- 1% at a time.
Goal: Introduce participants to core principles of health and longevity to empower attendees with practical, sustainable health habits to ward off diabetes, dementia and other diseases and help lead a healthy and vibrant life.
Classes held Fridays: January 9, January 16, January 23 from 11:30am-1:00pm (bring your lunch if you would like!)
