GOGA Goat Yoga

GOGA is exactly like Yoga..but with the addition of baby goats! You do a 45 minute vinyasa class, while baby goats run, jump, and hop their way around your mat.

Reservations required for each person attending classes, regardless of age. Only those participating in class with a ticket will be allowed inside the studio during the classes. Thank you for your cooperation!

Class: 11:00 am.

1. You can either bring your own mat, or borrow one of ours at no additional cost
2. All participants or guardians must sign a waiver and photo release prior to participating in class, no exceptions.
3. You must have a reservation to enter the studio. We can no longer allow extra people into the studio to watch that are not participating in the class. It just gets too chaotic and is not fair the the participants. Thank you for your cooperation!
4. Cancellations- you must provide GOGA with a written cancellation request 14 days prior to your scheduled class time for full refund.
