What really tastes better, food grilled on a Gas Grill or a Charcoal Grill?
You’ll find out, in this fun Dueling Grills workshop! Chef Jerry Pizzitola will teach you to make two delicious grilled chicken dishes- Honey Garlic Asian Chicken, and Mediterranean Chicken, as well as a side dish- while teaching you to cook the perfect moist, delicious chicken breast.
One dish will be cooked on the Napoleon gas grill, one on our Big Green Egg, then you’ll be able to decide for yourself which grill really produces the best flavor.
The cost for this fun one-hour demonstration class is $25 per person.
